I highly recommend this dental clinic, especially because of its capable and friendly staff. My Spanish is very limited but we always made it work as their staff’s English is very good!

Today I finished an orthodontic treatment which I did over the past 18 months with Isabel.
Back in 2021 during a routine visit at the clinic I requested to see an orthodontist for a consultation about invisible braces / aligners. In our first meeting Isabel explained me everything and answered all my questions and addressed my doubts about a potential treatment. After a few days I decided to follow through and informed the clinic that I wanted to start the treatment. Not long after I received my first aligners. In the beginning I was still living in Barcelona which made it easy to make routine visits on a monthly basis. After half a year I moved to another country - it was no big issue with Isabel as she provided me with more aligners so I was able to visit the clinic only once every 3 months. Whenever I was back in town I went to see her and we had our appointments to receive more aligners or do a check-up.
Today we officially finished the treatment and I can say that I am very satisfied. Not only with my newly aligned teeth, but also with Isabel and Maria. To have the appointments within the treatment with them was always something to look forward to and I look forward to visit the clinic again very soon!

Up-to-date technology, utensils, drugs, materials, and cleanliness. The way a 2023 dental clinic should look and operate.
As always, the human factor makes the difference, and here it was impeccable!

because of my crown is broken I took cita for monday and they called me on friday morning ( today ) they i first need to visit doctor general not the specialist! I said ok give me appointment they said we dont have it for monday lets check- i replied - look my teeth is broken and then lady said come to urgencies. I want to ask now - If my leg is broken do i have to see first my CAP DOCTOR ? What kind of system is this ? My teeth is broken and i have 3d pictures ! Why i need to spend time !? Why ?
I went there for urgency; the guy said me “ because system says first u need to visit general dentist” why ? First to pay to one and then wait 5-7 days for other doctor??? What is our guilty as a patient?
ROBOTIC SYSTEM !
NOT CARING ABOUT HUMAN ! At all !
Like we are at USA or 3rd world countries!!!!! NO EMPHATIC REACTION !

I am very satisfied with the treatment I received here. I had a broken molar, which was treated by Dra, Ferrer Llovera, Isabel. The service was efficient and the molar was "re built", which consisted of adding a layer of filler on top of the molar. The tooth feels great so far, and issues such as food getting between teeth and causing pain by pressing down on the gums (that were caused by the broken tooth) appear to be resolved.
I have met 5 or 6 doctors/assistants so far and they all seem to be very professional and friendly. They always try to help me in English when I don't understand something in Spanish. I have had dental cleaning, filling and reconstruction, and pulling out wisdom teeth and never had issues in the past 9 months.
My only suggestions are: explaining what is happening during the procedure so we know what is happening. Like what does that scanner do? What is the next step? The interior is very clean but not too relaxing. I think having cute pictures on animals and people on the walls, or some paintings of plants, or some real plants in the room would definitely make the patients feel more comfortable. For example, having a TV in the ceiling that shows calming footages of the nature (even without any sound) would definitely help us relax and forget about the sound of drill and needles instead of staring at the white ceiling for a long time. Other than that, i don't have anything to complain really. Thanks
